Packaging

Free standard PP bag packaging is provided. Paper cartons cost an extra $0.5 per piece, and color boxes require a minimum order quantity of 1000 pieces.

Products can be manufactured to meet UL, CE, FCC and RoHS certification standards. Customers with certification requirements are welcome to contact our customer service.

All custom cables from our factory undergo real equipment testing by US clients prior to mass production. Every batch is 100% inspected and tested by our internal QC team to keep the defect rate as low as possible. We have 20 years of cable manufacturing experience and a solid reputation in the industry. We look forward to long-term cooperation with growing cross-border e-commerce sellers.

This cable is produced with 18AWG wire (20AWG for non-car-charger versions within 3 meters). It adopts 0.82mm² oxygen-free tinned copper strands: 41 strands of 0.16mm plus 72 strands of 0.12mm.

The wire complies with UL10455 standard, UL Certificate No. E522201. The PVC jacket is flame-retardant, and all terminals are made of pure copper.

All items are custom-made products. Returns will not be accepted after inspection and shipment if no quality defects are found.
